How to return goods

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund in full or exchange all items in stock at time of purchase, if it is in full resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 30 days and in original undamaged packaging.

In the event that goods are delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery.

Please note that there may be a collection charge for any items returned.

Special order items are generally non-refundable. If you wish to know if your item is a special order item please contact us by email or phone.

Refunds may incur a charge of up to €20 depending on both the size of the order and location. To complete a return please contact Sales@cjsprofessional.ie who will be able to assist you in the returns process.
